Dear Mr Khalid Hamid,
I wish to apply for the post of Trainee Assistant Construction Engineer as advertised in a recent edition of the municipality in AlEttihad newspaper on Sunday 9 augest, 2011.
I have recently completed a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering at Higher Collages Of Technology and a one-year placement with Bourooj Proparties.
I included my CV which outlines my academic and work experience. As you can see, I have a training and experience in Civil Engineering and I think it developed many of the skills and have stated in your advertisement. My course has enabled me to gain knowledge and understanding of Civil Engineering, Building technology and Constructionas and health and safety and management.
My one-year placement with Bourooj Proparties has helped me develop my team-work, communicational, organisational, report writing and research skills and has also exposed me to look at projects including highways, bridges and buildings. In work experience I have also learned to communicate with people.
